Buy Salmon!

Throughout each summer here in Cook Inlet, we catch three species of salmon; Kings (Chinook), Reds (Sockeye) and Silvers (Coho). Kings are the first to arrive in our waters, followed by Reds mid summer and we finish our season catching large beautiful Silvers in the fall. Our fish is available whole or gutted and gilled (G&G as its known in the industry) as well as fresh or frozen. As each fish is pulled from our nets, they are immediately bled out and placed  into slush ice to chill until they are delivered the following day.

All fish are priced and sold by the pound.
