Description
The King, or Chinook salmon is the first to arrive in the waters of Cook Inlet, and we will have them in our nets around Memorial Day. Of all the salmon species, the king is the largest and has the highest omega 3 levels. With their deliciously rich flavor, it’s hard to go wrong with this champion of the sea.
Kings are available whole, or gutted and gilled. All our salmon are bled and chilled in slush ice until they are delivered the following day, boxed and on ice.
Prices are per pound (lbs). 10 lb minimum order.
